May is here. The flowers are out. Your nervous system is asking for one night off.

Something Is Blooming. Are You Ready?

May arrives with a particular kind of energy. The longest, lightest days of the year are almost here, nature is in full bloom, and something in you is quietly asking to match it.

On 1st May, the Full Flower Moon rises in Scorpio. A moon of transformation, deep feeling, and letting go of what no longer serves you. The Flower Moon represents a time to embrace positive change and reflect on how far you have come on the path of self-improvement. It is the moon that asks you to shed what is holding you back, so you can grow in the direction you actually want.

Something has been building inside of us, likely of an intimate nature, and now is the time when the energy of the cosmos fairly demands that we let it out.

Our sound bath on Monday 4th May sits in that powerful Flower Moon energy, just three days after the peak, when the vibration is still ripe for release, transformation, and deep rest.

“Come and synchronise with the sounds and frequencies to relax your nervous system.” — Kerry, Sound Therapist

What This Sound Bath is For and is it For Me?

This is not a meditation class. It is not yoga. It is not something you have to do right.

It is 75 minutes of lying still, in a candlelit room, while Kerry’s crystal singing bowls and gongs do the work for you.

Sound therapy works on the nervous system directly. The vibrations reach the parts of you that thinking cannot. They shift stuck energy, quiet the mental noise, and invite the kind of rest that most of us rarely give ourselves permission to have and are especially well-suited to:

  • Anyone who has been running on empty and pouring into others
  • Anyone feeling the pull of spring but struggling to shake off winter’s heaviness
  • Anyone at a crossroads, whether in a relationship, a career, or simply with themselves
  • Anyone who has never tried a sound bath and is quietly curious

No experience is needed. No flexibility is required. You simply arrive, lie down, and let go.

What Actually Happens

6:50 PM – Doors open. Get settled on your mat in our candlelit space.

7:00 PM – Kerry guides a brief grounding meditation to help you arrive fully.

7:10 PM – 8:10 PM – Pure sound immersion. Crystal bowls, gongs, and therapeutic-grade vibrations. You’re lying down the entire time under your blanket.

8:10 PM – Gentle closing. Time to reorient before heading back out into the world.

This isn’t a workout. You’re literally lying still for an hour. The “work” happens without you doing anything at all.

Your Sound Bath Guide: Kerry

Kerry is a holistic therapist specialising in energy healing, sound therapy, Reiki, and massage. She’s been doing this long enough to know that healing doesn’t always look like green juice and yoga poses. Sometimes it looks like finally giving yourself permission to rest.

Her approach is grounded, warm, and refreshingly free of spiritual bypass. She creates a safe container so you can soften without feeling vulnerable.

P.S. If you’ve never done a sound bath before, expect to feel floaty, deeply relaxed, and possibly emotional (in a good way). Some people fall asleep. Some people have profound insights. Most people just feel lighter. All reactions are normal and welcome.
